We will be releasing the FLOATING MENU as a module for JOOMLA! very soon. It already exists under the name FLOATISHA, or something... They might have changed it. We will release a fork... that is much 'prettier' than the current developer's version. The one we are using now is png...and it doesn't display correcly in IE...
